Your next batch needs more than leads

Six questions about one course, then a free plan for filling it.

What we do, and what it costs

Takes about 40 seconds. Nothing to sign.

What we actually do

We build and run the system between your ad and a paid seat. Not social media management, not an LMS, not another CRM — the enrolment funnel itself, for one course and one batch, measured all the way to the student who paid.

  • Strategy and offer

We look at the course, the audience and the economics, set an enrolment target, and design the funnel and campaign around it before a rupee is spent.

  • Meta ads

Campaign setup, ad copy, creative direction, audience testing, retargeting and ongoing optimisation — pointed at qualified enquiries and booked demos, not the cheapest possible lead.

  • Capture and qualification

Instant Form or WhatsApp entry, the questions that separate a serious prospect from a browser, and routing so the right person gets them.

  • Demo booking and reminders

A booking flow, a confirmation and a reminder sequence — because the demo is the conversion event, and a no-show is a lead you already paid for.

  • Follow-up that runs itself

WhatsApp sequences after the session, call tasks for your counsellors, and separate recovery paths for no-shows, attendees who did not buy, and payments left pending.

  • A pipeline you can see

New lead → qualified → demo booked → demo attended → offer → payment pending → paid. Every lead has a source, every qualified lead has an owner, every paid enrolment traces back to the ad.

  • Weekly reporting

Spend, leads, qualified leads, bookings, attendance, enrolments, cost per qualified lead and cost per enrolment where the data supports it.

Why we start with one course

The first engagement does not try to fix your whole institute. One course, one batch, one audience, one enrolment target — that gives clear attribution, faster implementation and a clean read on what worked. Once the funnel works, it gets duplicated across your other courses.

How the first 30 days go

  • Week 1 — foundation

Pick the course, define the audience and the offer, collect your historical numbers, build the funnel and the pipeline stages, prepare the ads.

  • Week 2 — launch

Campaigns go live. We watch lead quality, WhatsApp response times and form completion, start qualifying, and begin booking demos.

  • Week 3 — optimise

Pause what is not working, improve qualification and booking rates, look hard at demo attendance and follow-up, and write down the objections your counsellors are actually hearing.

  • Week 4 — convert and count

Push the hot leads, recover the no-shows, follow up every attendee, track payments, and compare the whole thing against the baseline we started from.

We have already built this for an institute

ICT runs professional tax and corporate courses across three campuses and online. Their staff answered hundreds of the same WhatsApp enquiries by hand every day, leads went cold while agents caught up, and nobody could see the pipeline across fifteen-odd courses.

Who you will be on the call with

Hassan Arshad, Zensbot’s Chief Executive Officer, takes these calls himself — not a sales rep working from a script. Zensbot Private Limited is registered in Islamabad, and the same eight engagements above are the whole of what we have delivered. If your course, your timing or your economics do not fit, he will say so on the call rather than send you a proposal.

What we promise, and what we do not

You have probably been sold guaranteed admissions before. We will not do that, and it is worth being clear about why: the things that decide whether a student enrols — your course, your pricing, your teachers, how fast your counsellor picks up the phone — are mostly yours, not ours.

What we promise

  • A defined system, built and managed end to end
  • A measurable baseline agreed before we start
  • Weekly reporting down to cost per enrolment
  • Real campaign data, and your own list handed back to you
  • Where agreed, part of our fee tied to incremental paid enrolments

What we will not promise

  • Guaranteed admissions or student numbers
  • Guaranteed revenue or ROAS
  • Fake testimonials or invented results
  • Manufactured scarcity and fake deadlines
  • Outcomes that depend on your sales team, pricing or capacity

Questions institute owners actually ask

What exactly is the Course Launch Engine?

A managed student-acquisition and enrolment system for one specific course batch. It connects Meta ads, lead capture, qualification, demo booking, WhatsApp follow-up, counsellor handoff, payment and enrolment tracking into a single funnel you can measure. It is not generic social media management, it is not an LMS, and it is not a standalone CRM — though we will happily use those where they help.

Do you guarantee a certain number of students?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. What we guarantee is the system and the process. For performance engagements we agree a measurable baseline from your own history first, and tie part of our compensation to incremental paid enrolments above it — so if we do not move the number, we do not earn that part.

Who pays for the Facebook and Instagram ads?

You do, directly to Meta, and it stays separate from our fee. Zensbot does not finance ad spend, WhatsApp API usage, SMS costs, third-party software, payment gateway charges or your counsellors’ salaries. We charge for strategy, implementation, management, automation, optimisation and the agreed performance work.

What does it cost?

There are two structures. Course Launch Starter is a fixed service fee plus your own advertising budget. Course Launch Performance carries a lower fixed component plus a fee on agreed incremental paid enrolments, and suits institutes that already have enough history to set an honest baseline. The exact number depends on your scope, geography, course economics and expected volume — which is what the strategy call is for.

How long before we see enrolments?

The pilot is built around 30 days: week one to build, week two to launch, week three to optimise, week four to convert and compare against your baseline. Real enrolments depend on your batch date and your admission window — if your next intake is three months out, the honest answer is that the campaign is a measurement period first.

Why only one course? We teach eight.

Because one course gives clean attribution and a fast, honest read on what worked. Eight at once gives you a bill and a guess. Once the funnel works for one batch, duplicating it across the others is the easy part — and by then you will have a case study built on your own numbers.

We have never run ads properly. Is that a problem?

No. What matters more is whether someone at your end can answer a qualified lead quickly and close it. If enquiries sit unanswered for a day, no campaign will fix that — and we would rather say so on the call than take the engagement and blame the funnel later.

What do you need from us?

Accurate course information and legitimate claims, approved creative assets, real available seats, a working payment route, someone who delivers the demo, and a counsellor who responds in reasonable time. We also ask for your basic historical numbers — leads, demo attendance, enrolments — because without them there is no baseline to measure against.

Do you work with universities?

Not as a starting point. We are focused on academies, coaching centres, training and skills institutes, and private schools and colleges, where the batch, the fee and the decision maker are all clear. University procurement and admissions cycles work differently and we would rather prove this offer where it fits first.

What actually happens on the strategy call?

Thirty minutes. We go through your current funnel — how leads arrive, how many attend a demo, how many enrol — and work out where students are being lost and what it would take to fill your next batch. You leave with that picture whether you hire us or not. If it is not a fit, we will tell you on the call rather than send a proposal.

Ready to see what your batch is worth?

Six questions, about forty seconds, and you will see the number before you give us anything. Then pick a time if you want the plan.
