What the work actually is
Zensbot builds AI systems that go into production and stay there. Not demos, not proofs of concept. An agent you ship handles real customers on WhatsApp the same week, and if it breaks at 2am somebody notices. That is the standard, and it is the most useful thing about working here early in a career: the feedback loop is short and honest.
The kind of people we hire
- AI automation engineers
- You wire language models into real workflows — WhatsApp, voice, CRMs, payment APIs. Python or TypeScript. Knowing n8n, LangChain or the WhatsApp Business API helps; being able to debug something you did not build helps more.
- Full-stack developers
- Next.js and FastAPI, on AWS or Vercel. Zensbot runs ten of its own products, so you will own features end to end rather than a slice of somebody else’s ticket.
- AI product and delivery
- You sit between the client and the build: work out what they actually need, write it down clearly, and say no to the parts that will not work.

- 3.A small real problem, close to the actual work. Paid if it takes more than an afternoon.
- 4.A conversation with Hassan or Kamil, and a decision. No panel of seven.
